Hair Shading Tutorial (SAI)

Note: I am not a professional artist and I do not claim to know better. (Also note I have dyslexia so expect errors.)

I know the image just says "Hair Tutorial" but it is a shading tutorial xD The shading adds texture and a sense of 'hair strands'. Only to my skills those, this is the best I can do orz |''D

It's split into 9 parts with tool tips and what not. It is for SAI but you can do this in photoshop funnily enough, use the same eye dropper technique but set your brush to 33% - 50% opacity (adjust it where needed), although CS2 may cause you problems unless you're used to it since it doesn't have the flipping canvas thing??

I figured at the blending point, it may be best to show people instead of attempting to describe it Also, if you don't like the results, keep blending! Remember this takes TIME, it won't happened after 5mins I can promise you that :b ALWAYS FOLLOW THE FLOW , if you start zigzagging all over the place, you're not going to get the results you want from this.
